please contact us in “advance”.
We cannot change dishes on the “same day”.

If we must cook with alternative ingredients,

— The Owner

Cuisine

Our ingredients come mainly from the seafood of Mikawa Bay and Shinojima, local vegetables, mountain plants, and mushrooms from the Chita Peninsula and Tokai region;
and wild meats such as wild boar, bear, and duck, as well as river fish from the Kiso mountains.

Beverages

We serve drinks crafted by small brewers and producers whose work pairs harmoniously with our cuisine.
We would be truly truly delighted if this allows guests to discover artisans who work with sincerity beyond brand-name recognition.

As a rule, outside beverages are not permitted,
but exceptions can be made for special occasions such as anniversaries.
Please inform us when making your reservation.
(Corkage fee applies.)

Inquiries

We would greatly appreciate phone inquiries
between 12:00–17:00*or after 20:00.

Depending on the circumstances, we may not always be able to answer the phone even during the 12:00–17:00 or after 20:00.
If you call from a mobile phone, we will return your call whenever possible.
We refrain from online reservations because speaking directly with our guests is very important for the preparation of the meal.
We kindly ask for your understanding.

Reservations

We accept reservations up to three months ahead, starting at 12:00 on the first of each month.

Outside the first day of the month, we still accept inquiries and reservation calls.
Please contact us on any day convenient for you.

Serving all dishes requires approximately two and a half to three hours.

If you have fixed schedules such as trains, flights, or reservations at another venue,
please inform us when booking
so we can ensure your plans proceed smoothly.

If the first day of the month falls on a Sunday, a national holiday, or during our holiday period, reservations will open at 12:00 on the next business day.
Please check our Facebook and Instagram for details.

Changes and Cancellations

Please notify us of reservation changes or cancellations no later than the “day before.”

Even if fewer guests come on the day of your visit, we will prepare the dishes for the full reserved number, as ingredients are procured in advance.
Please enjoy them together with all other guests.

Cancellations made on the day of your reservation, or no-shows, regardless of circumstances, require payment of the full cost of the reserved meal.
If we cannot contact the guest directly, the full amount will be charged to the referrer.
For the sake of your referrer as well,
please observe proper manners.

Others

Business hours: 18:00–23:00
(We kindly ask that you arrive by 20:00, but we will respond transportation issues, or other unforeseen situations. Please call us first.)
