However, we ask for your understanding in our desire to allow our valuable customers to enjoy their meals without being bothered by SNS.

About Taking Photos

We believe taking photo without asking for permission is not good behavior.
If you’d like to take a photo, please ask first.

A restaurant is not a good place for taking a photo.
Please do not bring a big camera such as SLR.
Please do not take photos where other customers or the host are in the image.

Dress Code

We do not have a strict dress code.
We ask gentlemen not to dress too casually, for instance, in “shorts”, “sweat shirt” or “flip flops.”

For women, we kindly ask you to avoid showing too much skin or using too much perfume.

However, casual set up suits and well pressed short pants are acceptable.
Please do not think we evaluate customers by their outfits. However, think of this as an opportunity to enjoy yourselves as you dress up a little more than in your daily life.

Food

If you have allergies or specific preference, please let us know prior to your visit.
It is very hard to change plans if guest requests a different menu on the appointed day. Last minute changes may be charged extra.

Please do not touch the knives on the cutting board, cooking utensils, the vase on the counter or the furniture.
Children are kindly declined visiting our restaurant
Please do not smoke, including an electronic tobacco.

We reserve the right to deny reservations from those who do not respect our policies.
We are most delighted if the customers keep good manners and enjoy the meal.

Menu

We prepare a meal from 15,000 yen.

Chef’s special of the day will range from 20,000 yen to 30,000 yen ( tax and service fee will be imposed separately).

We mainly use ingredients from Aichi Prefecture such as:
seafood from Mikawa Bay and Shino Island, vegetables, mountain herbs, mushrooms from Chita Peninsula and Tokai Region, wild boar meat, bear, freshwater fish, colvert (a kind of duck) from Kiso Mountains and River, etc.

*Special ingredients such as wild eel, Japanese matsutake, wild tiger globefish, Taiza crab, etc will be charged extra.

We prefer not to explain ingredients or cooking style in detail because we think the moment of serving meal is the most delightful.

Please enjoy the delightful moment of your meal.

Beverages

Japanese” sake” rice wines and glass of wine: 1,200 yen.
All other beverages : 800 yen.
Please inquire about bottles of wine or sparkling wine.
We have varieties of rice wines from local providers that are matched to each dish.

We would love to provide you with an opportunity to learn about local rice wine manufacturers, who are devoted to developing wines authentically without influence from brand names. We prefer that customers enjoy beverages we have provided.

*However, we are happy to accommodate special occasions, so please ask us when you make reservations if you wish to bring in a beverage.
Please bring it 2 days prior to your visit in to keep its good condition
